This assessment is a portfolio of evidence designed to assesses your ability to provide leadership for the program.
You are required to:
Promote the program vision
Plan to build an environment of confidence and trust within the program
Plan to embed socially responsible practice into the program
Plan to develop the potential of program staff
Plan to support the learning environment
Demonstrate that you can implement your leadership plans for the program by addressing a case study.
To develop your assessment, you can work on either of the following scenarios:
1. Scenario 1:
Choose an organisation and industry that you are familiar with. For example, a company you have worked for or are working for now.
2. Scenario 2:
Consider Lonsdale’s management has hired you to manage a program to assist them position themselves as a leading provider of business courses to international students in Australia.
