What does best practice care for musculoskeletal pain look like?

Pain relief for palliative cancer patients

What does best practice care for musculoskeletal pain look like?

After you have clearly stated your research question you can go on to identify your PICO/PICo terms, Synonyms and your search strategy. You can use tables and include a brief explanation of this, referring to those tables.

This should be followed by your inclusion/exclusion criteria. A PRISMA diagram may help explain your search results as well. That would make it clear about how you arrived at the papers you included in your review.

The reader (examiner) needs to be able to determine if the papers you have identified are relevant to your question and whether your search strategy is constructed well enough to have picked up all the relevant literature.

Thematic analysis and critical appraisal

The next section is your thematic analysis and critical appraisal of the papers. It would help to understand this section with an introduction explaining, briefly, what the themes you identified are, what methodologies the authors have used and how the papers rank in terms of the evidence hierarchy. Have a look at the example to see how others have structured theirs and how they have used tables to illustrate their analysis.

Your thematic analysis is very descriptive. The aim of this section should be for you to explain how all of your papers address each of your themes, comparing and contrasting accounts and identifying how well or otherwise the themes are covered.

Are there any gaps in knowledge, for instance. As it is, you appear to have provided a depth description of each theme using one paper for each theme.

You clearly know your subject, but it is important that you draw the papers together and analyse them together into your themes. The same should go for the critical appraisal.

Your draft is incomplete, as you note. Still to come is the critical appraisal. Be careful to use the right critical appraisal tool for the right methodology, ie use the qualitative CASP tool for qualitative papers, the RCT one for papers if they used RCTs and so on.

Have attached the original assignment done by you guys which needs improvements listed above, most areas needing improving? adding have highlighted in yellow.

Explain your strategies for ensuring that your proposed initiative can remain a viable asset to the organization or care setting in the face of dynamic environmental forces.

Developing an Implementation Plan

Create a budget for expected costs and earnings over the first five years of your proposed initiative.

What are the expected material, staffing, and capital costs of your proposed initiative over its first five years?

What are the projected earnings for your organization or care setting over the first five years of your economic initiative?

How does this budget take into account the findings and feedback you received on your business case?

What assumptions are you basing your budget on?

Create an implementation plan for your proposed initiative that enables achievement of quality or service improvements in an ethical and culturally equitable way.

Did you create a timeline for the rollout?

How will you work with relevant stakeholders to ensure that your economic initiative is implemented successfully and sustained?

How will you ensure that the rollout is conducted in an ethical and culturally equitable manner?

How will you ensure that the desired quality or service improvements your economic initiative will achieve are on track during and after implementation?

Analyze the impact of your proposed initiative, once implemented, on other aspects of your organization or care setting and ways in which negative impacts could be mitigated.

What other aspects of your organization or care setting may be positively or negatively impacted by the implementation of your proposed initiative?

How will these other aspects of your organization or care setting be affected? (For example, increased workload on a testing department, borrowing of staff hours from another part of the care setting, or better communication with the community.)

How could you mitigate at least some of the negative effects on other aspects of your organization or care setting?

Explain your strategies for ensuring that your proposed initiative can remain a viable asset to the organization or care setting in the face of dynamic environmental forces.

What are the environmental risks to your economic initiative?

How could your initiative, or aspects of it, still be a viable benefit to your organization or care setting if the environment shifts in unpredictable ways?

What strategies would you propose implementing to keep all, or a portion of, your initiative a viable net benefit to your organization or care setting?

Justify the relevance and significance of the quantitative and qualitative economic, financial, and scholarly evidence you used throughout your plan to support your recommendations.

How is the evidence relevant to your organization or care setting?

How is the evidence relevant to your proposed economic initiative?

How does the evidence illustrate a solution that has been successful in the past?

How does the evidence illustrate that a recommendation is the best course of action for your situation and organization or care setting?

Write concisely and directly, using active voice.

Proofread your document before you submit it to minimize errors that could distract readers and make it more difficult for them to focus on the

substance of your implementation plan.
Adhere to the rules of grammar, usage, and mechanics.

Example Assessment: You may use the example (separate attachment) to give you an idea of what a Proficient or higher rating on the scoring guide would look like.

Why do you think is it important to apply quality improvement frameworks to your professional practice? – write detailed strong points can elaborate in the recording

Paper

Follow the instructions below and the HD section of the attached marking. thank you as always will send you another paper after this that is due next week so you have more time. Really need to ace this “interview” task.

In this assessment task, you will be asked a variety of interview questions for a potential graduate nurse program position and are required to prepare and provide a response to each of these questions.

Questions to be asked for this fictitious graduate nurse program position will involve general questions, hospital focused questions, situational questions, attitudinal, behavioural and clinical questions, knowledge-based questions and transition questions.

You are to research and prepare responses to all these questions and then deliver your response to each question via a 10 minute (+/- 10%) oral presentation.

This assessment task provides you with the opportunity to prepare and practice for upcoming graduate nurse position interviews that you will be undertaking prior to and/or after you complete your Nursing degree.

This is highly beneficial as you will need to consider the entire interview process from preparation, to considering the type of clothing you are going to wear being conscious of body language, demeanour and posture. Graduate nurse positions are highly competitive, thus any practice and insight into this process is highly desirable and this assessment task provides you with the chance to not only prepare for such an interview, but also gain feedback about your responses.
