During this module, you were to do an experiment using your own social media (Module 03 Activity). Looking back at your social media experiment from the week, how did your responses go? Did you notice any differences among groups or countries? What stereotypes did people comment on?
Write at least 3 pages answering these questions using your social media experiment, being sure to demonstrate with examples. Include a theory from last week if you see evidence of one. Also include your response to the experiment – were you surprised or did you find what you thought you would? Did that expectation affect what you found? How can you tell?

Describe how you plan to conduct the training session. Your plans/ideas may include guest speakers, videotapes, individual or group exercises or activities. Think about your physical environment and communication technology/methods — overheads, PowerPoint, handouts, purchased materials.

Assessment:
Devise a method for assessing your workshop’s effectiveness. How will you know if your audience “gets it”? This assessment must be included as part of your planning and must explain how you will measure the effectiveness of your training.
Explain how different theoretical perspective influence applications.
Understand the interaction of heredity (nature) and environment (nurture) as each affects cognitive and psychosocial milestones throughout the lifespan.
Explain the psychological issues and pressures of adolescence, such as identity formation.
Describe psychosocial functioning in young adulthood.
Discuss the impact of intimate relationships and lifestyles on human development, including love, marriage, divorce, blended families, alternative lifestyles, and parenthood.
Compare and contrast the two different personality profiles. Provide an analysis of any differences between the two profiles. Select one of the models with the complex models domain.
Explain the reasoning for the differences between the real world and online personality of your subject using your selected model within the complex models domains. Research a minimum of two articles on your chosen model and use these to support your statements.
Evaluate and describe the usefulness of complex models as they pertain to this exercise in personality theory.
