You are appointed as a consultant for a luxury resort in Europe, at a popular summer destination of your choice.
You have to prepare an analysis on the globalization of the F&B in the context of “thinking globally – buying locally”.
Your report should show how current issues and trends will be introduced at the resort and addressing:
