Refer to the second section of this instrument, name the concept that is measured and in how many factors it was subdivided. How many items form each factor? [Max: 50 words]
The article refers to the Cronbach 𝛼 coefficients. What do these represent and why it is important to include them in this paper? [Max: 100 words]
Name and explain the sampling method used for the collection of data. Explain whether the responses were random and independent by giving evidence from the text.
[Max: 100 words]
Referring to the section “Demographic variables in the use of self-checkout counters”, the authors have concluded that there is no difference in the use of self-checkout counters across different demographic segments. What evidence have they given to evidence this conclusion?
In the same section, the report for the chi-squared test against the variable “Age” reads “𝜒2(4) = 4.06, 𝑝 = 0.40, 𝜙 = 0.07”. What is “4” in this report and explain how it was calculated? [Max: 30 words]
Referring to the section “Evaluation of self-checkout counters”, an independent t-test was used to compare the average scores for all the measures between users and non-users. Explain what could be the reason that all the test results were found to be statistically significant but with moderate effect sizes. [Max: 50 words]
The authors referred to a “recent” study. What does this study suggest and what future research could be conducted to test it? [Max: 50 words]
Read Case 6.4, “Developing a Helicopter Component for the ARMY.”
For Part 1 of this assignment, using an Excel spreadsheet,
Develop a decision tree to maximize Ventron’s expected monetary value (EMV).
Determine what value of side benefits would make Ventron indifferent between the two alternatives.
Evaluate how much Ventron would be willing to pay, right now, for perfect information about both steps of the improved extrusion process.
Why does experimental research have to have random samples? What’s the advantage or reason?
What mistake did RA Fisher make in his logic many years ago that has misled researchers ever since?
What type of sampling was used in the description of Geraldine Ferraro’s observation that she would probably win?
What type of sampling is used in comparing states by SAT scores and what is the basic problem with Terrel Bell’s chart?
Why did “fixing” the problem statistically so that SAT’s could be compared not work? What was wrong with the method?
What is the point of the example of bullet holes and Abraham Wald as advice for better sampling?
What is “nonignorable nonresponse” and why is that one of the most important concepts you can remember to tell if research is making good claims?
What is the only real solution to solving research problems that would like to test hypotheses about causality?
REVISION
PLEASE ADD CONCLUSION AND RECCOMMENDATIONS TO THE PAPER (APPROXIMATELY 2-4 PAGES)
In the methodology section things needs to be more clear it was asked:
– I need all the data to be based on the GDP per capita constant US dollar 2015 and transformed it to ln afterwords to be in percentage to avoid the negative variables to try to reduce the endogeneity
– the equation needs to be more detailed to help with the results section afterwords, the equation is missing to then related it in the results section
– needs a chart to be GDP per capita growth so everything is more clear
In the results
– the model needs to be a lot more clearer
– simplify the first part not needed a lot of words but more clear view of how we will prove the question asked
– needs to have a hausman test for the whole samples to see if we need to use fixed or random effects
– needs to have also a test for the mutliciliniarity and test hetroscidasticity
– explain the regression model more so the results are more clean and visible to answer the papers’ objective
How did you choose the participants for your study (sampling method)?
Review Different Types of Sampling Methods
1. Cluster: ____________________________________________________________
2. Stratified: ___________________________________________________________
3. Systematic: _________________________________________________________
4. Convenient: _________________________________________________________
5. Simple Random: _____________________________________________________
What part of the country did your study take place in?
What are the age ranges of your participants?
How many of each gender did you have in your study?
What are other interesting factors about your group?
How does your height compare to the
mean (average) height of the group that you surveyed? (MY HEIGHT IS 64)
Is your height taller, shorter, or the same as the mean of your group? How did you choose the participants for your study? What was the sampling method: systematic, convenience, cluster, stratified, simple random?

Why doesn’t Forrest stay the night at the house?
How does Ray react to the noises he hears during the night? What does he think they are?

Explain, “This was also Mississippi, where guns were expected to be used for protection” (74).
Why is the money Ray found such a mystery?

Identify what specific seating system is needed; bring specific information on the product and be prepared to provide a rationale for the need for this DME and any special features/attachments (e.g., justify the need for a tilt-in-space custom wheelchair and the need for swing-away, removable leg/foot rests).
Present a model of the labour market and use its equilibrium to derive an aggregate supply relation of the form y, = y * +8(p, where 0 < B <1, y, is the level of output, y is the natural level of output, A is the price level — all measured in natural logs — while is the expectations operator. [12.5%]
Explain the mechanisms that underlie the relation between price level and output in aggregate supply. Illustrate the relation diagrammatically and then show and explain the impact of a reduction in the expected price level. [10%]
“Can a permanent/anticipated change in monetary policy affect output?”
Provide an analysis that addresses this question, by combining the aggregate supply relation, with an aggregate demand relation of the form y, = m, — p,, where m, is the supply of money. [27.5%]
