Critically discuss whether and how the leadership styles in part (a) may be developed in those with a leadership role. (30%)
Critically evaluate the role of a leader in health professions education, with respect to balancing vision, strategy, innovation, and adherence to regulators’ and institutional policies on design and delivery of health professions curricula.
