PBSC has hired your consulting business to create a comprehensive project plan for a fixed price (say, $5000). You’ll present your comprehensive project plan, including your group research paper, at the end of the semester. Your total project budget will include all the costs that will be incurred AFTER you graduate–all costs until the project’s finish date. You will include all labor costs and material costs. For the project charter, you’ll have to guess at what those costs will be. Later, you’ll prepare a much more refined project budget.
