After reviewing the Course Overview in Week 1 Documents and Resources, and the requirements of the Strategic Issue Analysis paper (found in Week 7 Assignment and Rubric in the Rubrics folder in Course information), post one or more strategic organizational issues you might use for this analysis for peer and instructor feedback.
Position yourself as the leader, and include a brief description of areas of concern, the importance and goals in addressing each identified issue.
My possible topic for my paper is myself as a middle manager in my current organization.
would like to continue my research on dealing with disgruntled employees, communication from top leadership down to the lowest level employee, and creating positive work environments.
