Addressing and working with conflict is not a bad thing. This video brings some awareness how conflict can be used in a creative manner to bring a group together.

This video demonstrates how a group facilitator applies conflict resolution to clarify feelings and help members begin a dialogue moving them to resolve the conflict.

Every once in a while you’ll have a person in the support group who causes conflict or is not following the meeting guidelines. This video is meant to give you a productive way to stop this from happening, while still making that person feel like a valued member of the group.
