Roles and Responsibilities – Create the roles of people within a business (makeup any roles). In this section, you will explain the role and responsibilities of each person in this action plan.

Resources – Write about the resources and support that you will need to make the changes that your organization will need during your potential implementation. You need to include both, what is needed and what is available.

Organizational Support – Describe your collaborators or stakeholders of the organization that can potentially support the implementation.

Barriers or resistance – Identify potential barriers or resistance that you may encounter in the process of implementation. Write a plan to overcome them.

Evaluation – Explain how you would evaluate your progress while in route to your goals.

Describe the relationships between concepts and allow for an improved understand through critical thinking and analysis.
