How does this project adhere to the DSDM 8 principles?
What is the rationale for the project? Explain the reason why the project is needed.
Outline your approach to the project (surmising the AGILE approach you are taking), and explain why you think that this would be a good approach for this specific project.
Provide an outline of the key roles and responsibilities that are required on your project team.
How / when will the team meet to discuss the project? Will you use the daily stand-up? Facilitated workshop sessions?
How will you report on the progress of the project? Timebox approach / demonstration approach
How will you understand the performance of the team in delivering the requirements on this project?
