Resolving Ethical Business Challenges
Ahmed became increasingly uncomfortable with Bill’s behavior. He knew what Bill did was wrong and possibly illegal. He didn’t want to be involved with it in any way, but he also didn’t want to become a snitch. Now he was receiving money for his involvement. Ahmed felt the situation was escalating and he should say something to his supervisor before something really bad happened, but he didn’t want to be the one to get Bill in trouble. Ahmed knew Bill could be expelled for something like this, which could potentially damage his entire future. Then again, Ahmed had his own future to worry about.
Could he be expelled just for knowing what kind of activities Bill was involved in? What should he do with the money Bill gave him? What might happen if he doesn’t blow the whistle?

Aesthetic Approach to Health Promotion Intervention
Aesthetic influences and shapes both physical and psychological feelings. Art is a process, a way of approaching life as well as an outcome. A clear link between creativity and healing has been documented.
Throughout history, people have used pictures, story, dances, and chants as healing rituals.
Holistic approaches to health promotion that include an aesthetic intervention help to create and sustain health. See Chapter 7- Raingruber for guidance on types of Aesthetic approaches to health care.
Assignment Criteria:Students will use an artistic, creative, and/or aesthetic approach to develop health promotion intervention addressing the following:
1. Identify an individual, family, community, or population for a health promotion intervention that could influence healing, disease prevention, health and well-being, physical health, stress reduction, or improve health outcomes.
2. Determine the cultural considerations needed for the health promotion intervention.
3. Design an artistic, creative, and/or aesthetic approach for the health promotion intervention.
4. Discuss the benefits and challenges associated with the implementation of the health promotion intervention.
5. Develop one goal or outcome for the health promotion intervention using the SMART format (specific, measurable, achievable/attainable, relevant/realistic, and timeframe).
6. Identify if the health promotion intervention was effective for the selected individual, family, community, or population.
7. Explain the role of aesthetic knowledge within the nursing profession when developing a health promotion intervention.
8. Include four references for this assignment. References should be from scholarly peer-reviewed journals (check Ulrich’s Periodical Directory) and be less than five (5) years old. Please use APA format on the reference slide and a hanging indent.
Pulmonary Function
Lou is a 35-year-old who presents for evaluation of a cough. She is normally a healthy young lady with no significant medical history. She takes no medications and does not smoke.
She reports that she was in her usual state of good health until approximately three weeks ago when she developed a “really bad cold.” The cold is characterized by a profound, deep, mucus-producing cough. She denies any rhinorrhea or rhinitis—the primary problem is a cough.
She develops these coughing fits that are prolonged, very deep, and productive of a lot of green sputum. She hasn’t had any fever but does have a scratchy throat. Lou has tried over-the-counter cough medicines but has not had much relief. The cough keeps her awake at night and sometimes gets so bad that she gags and dry heaves.
1. Identify the most likely condition that best explains the patient’s cough. Provide a description of the disorder and underlying respiratory alteration associated with the type of cough selected in the scenario.
2. Describe and explain the pathophysiologic process of the disease and underlying respiratory alteration associated with the cough.
3. Describe common clinical manifestations associated with the disorder.
Identify the causes and risk factors for the condition depicted in the chosen case.
4. Consider the following patient factors genetics, gender, ethnicity, age, or behavior. Select two patient factors and discuss the influence of the factors chosen on the disorder.

Datasets for traffic congestion management
The document should include the following:
1. Introduction section to introduce the importance of data mining in many fields, then focus on data mining in intelligent transport systems, some facts and historical information.
2. Data Mining for traffic congestion: in this section more details about data mining techniques in transport systems.Data Acquisition that includes the sources of data and how it is collected.
Then Data Preprocessing: including what are the steps and calculations that are needed to be performed to prepare the data for use, the Segmentation, Data Transformation.
The section should include a flow chart representing the data mining techniques and another figure to include the data mining steps.
3. Review the related work on datasets that are used in traffic congestion management solutions : this includes the state of the art machine learning based solutions that use different types of dataset.
This section should include the types of data that are used such as speed, GPS, density, number of vehicles, time of days, peak and non peak hours as so on.
The total size of these data and the format of the data is it Video, CSV, XML and so on, what is the Maine source that form this data, does it come from speed detectors, inductive loops, GPS systems. The section must include a table that summaries the content of this section , the table can include the name of the datasets and where it is used and the availability for use is it a commercial data or open source data. Some figures to compare the total type of data that are used. The figures can be the total number of publications that use speed data, or the total number of publications that use a specific data sets.

Case: The student is in a Free Clinic
A 30-year-old woman presents to the clinic complaining that she has “an itchy rash all over the place.” She noticed that her legs became red, itchy, and blistered about two days after she had been hiking in a heavily wooded area.
She says that scratching broke the blisters and afterward the rash became much worse and spread all over.
She is convinced that the rash could not be poison ivy because once before she was exposed to that plant and did not develop a rash.
On examination, there are erythematous vesicles and bullae in linear streaks on both of her legs. Some areas are weepy, with a yellowish crust. There are ill-defined erythematous plaques studded with papulovesicles on the trunk and arms.
1. Identify the case in the initial post. Do not repeat the case verbatim in the post.
2. Identify the most likely condition that best explains the patient’s rash.
3. Describe and explain the pathophysiologic process for the eruption of the patient’s presenting signs and symptoms.
4. Describe the usual clinical manifestations associated with the condition.
5. Identify the causes of the condition and risk factors if applicable.
