In the Order, the President directs the Food and Drug Administration to work with states and tribes to safely import prescription drugs from Canada, pursuant to the Medicare Modernization Act of 2003.

2. Explain your position, why you do or do not support the importing of prescription drugs from other countries.

3. Write a brief summary statement explaining the benefit of importing prescription drugs or a brief summary statement explaining the problem with importing prescription drugs.
