1.0 The Assignment
Assignment Two will take the form of the development of a research plan.

You may use the question /hypothesis that you identified in your Assignment One if you wish, or you may choose a new question/ hypothesis if you prefer.

For the purposes of this assignment, money is not a problem, so you can
design your research plan without considering the costs.

Read the two articles posted about treatment for HIV offenders and then address each of the following:
