Counterintelligence and couterespionage
This week we discussed the importance of counterintelligence and couterespionage and their critical importance as foreign policy tools. So, consider the following questions:
How does the National Counterintelligence Strategy frame key priorities for the US government? Is the new NCIX strategy sufficiently aggressive? Is it sufficiently pro-active? How likely is it to promote information sharing across agencies for CI purposes? If you were framing a national CI strategy what are the three most important elements you would seek to implement in that strategy.
