As the public economy was more important the domestic space was devalued and women joined the workforce, during lockdown they were forced into domestic space, home. Women took over the domestic work and care work and valued it. Mothers internalized the role of being a mother is to provide care and domestic unpaid work.

This information should be formatted as a Memo to an executive who wants this information in order to develop plans for the upcoming quarter. Once you have identified the information, you should give your view on what strategies the company should take to improve performance.

Theory Description:
