Give a 5 minute presentation on what will be your top 3 priorities in your new role as Assistant Nurse Manager of the Medical division and how will you measure your success?
This is a 400 bedded Scottish Highlands hospital. Lots of issues that are the same through-out the UK NHS, ie, short staffed, staff retention, morale, staff growth, budgeting, finances, quality care, practice efficiencies, workflows, practice transformation, cost revenue, improving patient safety and quality, focus on value based care.communication, resiliency training, health and safety. These were just a few of my thoughts and I would appreciate any ideas.
