Innovative Problem Solving – DIGITAL PORTFOLIO creation
Expected entries into your portfolio:
. 50%, The innovative solution of MV must be included. You should make use of appropriate media (images, video, audio, other) to clearly demonstrate the solution and final artefact of MV in operation.
. 20%, 3 reflective pieces on the progress of your solution in the form of either embedded media or short narratives (consider challenges,
achievements, observations) – variety in format is helpful and at least one piece should be a video.
a. Business model prototyping – Identify the constraints to develop and deploy MV
(refer to 4-Prototype.pptx)
. What new benefits might emerge from this constraint?
. Why is this a typical constraint? Just an assumption?
What are the core elements in conflict?
. Can conflicting elements be eliminated, replaced, altered?
Can anything happen before to change the parts in conflict?
. Can time, space, materials, motion, or the environment have an effect?
. Marvel Prototyping on Paper (POP) app (https://marvelapp.com/pop/)
(refer to 4-Prototype.pptx)
design a prototype for the MV’s mobile App. On paper as ‘screenshots’, design:
. Login process to MV platform
. Process to connect/disconnect a Virtual Mobile Instance (“VMi”)
. Process to switch from one VMi (iOS) to another (Android)
. Process to create/remove a VMi at MV platform
Once you have drawn these on paper, use the Marvel POP app to create a working prototype with buttons and usable navigation.
c. User stories – clarify the type of user, requirement and reason: (refer to 5-Test.pptx)
. Who they are
. What they want
. Why they want it
